Several years Ago…

I decided that I was done being overweight and uncomfortable. My weight had been up and down since I was 15. Being frustrated at many unsuccessful attempts at maintaining a healthy weight, I had no idea how I was going to lose weight and keep it off. I started looking at what made it hard for me. I kept trying new ideas until I found things that were comfortable and that gave me the results I was looking for.

Six years ago…

I began helping others address their struggle with weight in a way that improved their lives and improved the way they felt about themselves. Over time, the process used to move past people’s weight loss obstacles also helped to improve other areas of their lives.

And now…
